Who we are
M&C Industrial Solution Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore, UEN 202416056H. Registered office: 1 Tannery Road #05-03, Singapore 347719. Operations yard: 7 Gul Circle, Singapore 629563. We rent, sell, service and repair forklifts and material handling equipment, and design and install warehouse racking.

What we collect, and why
When you enquire through this website. Your name, company, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. We use it to answer the enquiry and to quote. We also record which page you came from, so we know what you were reading when you asked.
When you contact us on WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp phone number, the messages you send and any photographs you attach. Where the message is a service or breakdown report it becomes a job record, and the photographs are attached to that job so the technician attending can see the fault before arriving.
When you become a customer. The names, job titles, email addresses and phone numbers of the people at your company who need to receive quotations, invoices, statements or service reports — and which of those each person should receive, so an invoice does not reach somebody who should only be seeing service reports.
When you visit the site. Standard analytics: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate country and device type. See section 6.
We do not collect NRIC numbers, bank details or payment card details through this website.

Why we are allowed to hold it
For enquiries and WhatsApp messages, because you sent them to us and we plainly need the information to reply. For customer contacts, because it is necessary to perform the contract between our two companies — somebody has to receive the invoice.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose described:
Meta Platforms — the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API carries messages between you and us.
Supabase — hosts our business system database, where jobs, customers and contacts are stored.
Vercel — hosts this website.
Google — Analytics and Ads measurement, described in section 6.
HubSpot — where website enquiries are recorded so that none is lost.We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else.

Where it is kept, and for how long
Our business system and its files are held on managed cloud infrastructure, with access restricted to M&C staff who need it for their work. Photographs attached to jobs are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a realistic prospect of doing business, and customer and job records for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and then for the period required by Singapore tax and company law. Records needed for neither are deleted.

Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages produce enquiries. These set cookies in your browser. They tell us a visit happened and roughly where from; they do not tell us who you are, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works normally without them.

Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and withdraw consent for us to contact you.
Write to info@mncindustrial.com and we will respond within 30 days. If withdrawing consent would mean we can no longer service your equipment or invoice you, we will tell you plainly what the consequence is before acting on it.

Keeping it safe
Access to our systems requires an individual login. Salary, NRIC and payroll information is restricted to HR. Files are held in private storage rather than on public links. We review who has access when somebody joins or leaves.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in significant harm, we will notify the affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission, as the PDPA requires.

Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes, and how to reach us
If this policy changes we will update the version and date below. Material changes will be brought to customers’ attention directly.
